Operation Seraph's Shield elevators are still bugged.
Capping Framerate at 30 FPS and sitting in the inventory still causes the player to die.
This issue is replicable and causes players to not be able to achieve a completion for Ultimate Conquests as extinction modifier is present.

Was having the same issue. What has worked without fail so far is...once you enter the elevator, go back and forth, mashing your buttons from your character menu and gaming start menu. Repeatedly until you land. No one dies. Also, there appears to be a glitch after you pass the brig section. If anyone dies in that room when you give up you weapons everyone will respawn alive there. I turned my graphics to low quality preset and capped fps to 30 in game and then it was 50% chance to die when the doors were opening. Before without locking frames or lower graphics it was 100% death. Got a lucky run where it worked and was able to complete it.

Heliostat elevator also bugged, can't take it up to get Wolfsbane catalyst. I just die.
