Hey guys, I recently purchased the Destiny 2 Collection on Steam to switch over from Epic Games. After some research I found out about Cross Save and successfully set it up with my Epic account as the active profile.
The issue I'm having is with the Reward Pass. When I first launched D2 on Steam I was able to access the premium tier of the Reward Pass, but after activating Cross Save and switching to my Epic characters, the premium Reward Pass is no longer showing up.
During the Cross Save setup I noticed a note that stated: "Reward passes will be automatically shared across all linked accounts" — but that doesn't seem to be the case for me.
Is this just a delay in the license syncing between Steam and Bungie, or is there something else I need to do? I'd really appreciate any help as I don't want to miss out on the Reward Pass content I paid for.
Steam: Hollow_Vexx
Epic: XXGreen_Goblin
Thanks in advance!

So that meant the Steam game profile went dormant and took the passes with it. Cross-save does not transfer or duplicate the passes - what you mention above is the following; if the passes belonged to Epic Games, and Epic Games is made the Active Account, then the passes are available when playing on other platforms such as Steam. So cross-save should be set up first before buying a bundle that contains pass-style items, as they get tied to whichever account is Active. Bungie have a form for cases like this when the passes end up on the dormant account, please use this form, explain the above, and Bungie should move them to Epic which is where you want them. https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items
