Drowning Labyrinth stuck on step 6
I was trying to complete the Drowning Labyrinth quest for Sundered Doctrine but im stuck on step 6. When i go to pick up the latest hidden report its not there. Also when i was doing the dungeon for the first time a fireteam member offer to show us all the worms so I got all 9 worms right away. I assume that maybe why its bug. Is there anything i can do to fix it. I attached what my quest looks like

Apart from having previously played with a fireteam member, have you started this quest with an alternate character? If you have started it with an alternate character, does progressing the quest with them help to resolve the issue you're experiencing with your primary character?
