Forensic Horology - cannot complete step 4

ISSUE: Forensic Horology - cannot complete step 4.
REPRO STEPS: I tried to clear the area several times, I die a few times to reset, I tried closing the game and reopening, I try launching from the quest window, i even tried abandoning the quest and reacquiring, Same result.
ACTUAL RESULT: I get to site, "Answer call" comes up and I hit interact. Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT: It would complete the quest.

We're sorry to hear of this, as we can imagine how such an issue would cause concern. By any chance, are you taking any damage from enemies when entering the area to take the call? If yes, then please eliminate all enemies and ensure you are not taking damage when entering that area. If the issue persists even then, then please verify if you have any other active quests or missions associated with Edge of Fate. If you do, complete them, and see if you still experience this issue.
