Missing Prismatic Quests/Fragments/Aspects
Hello there. I have tried to report this directly to Bungie but was told to instead leave a message on the Help Forum. I have completed all the quests/side quests/hidden quests for Final Shape, have an absurd amount of vestiges of light and dark, but all of my classes are seemingly missing vital parts of Prismatic.
I was wondering if someone from Bungie would be able to retroactively add these missing buildcrafting parts (namely the missing Aspects and Fragments) back into my account (I also have all the DLCs).

3 RepliesEdited by EckyThump: 6/27/2026 6:46:00 PMHey there, there is no ticket type for in-game help so this is the right place. Could you confirm what you are missing exactly? Your Warlock earned a number of upgrades through the 'Destined Heroes' questline. I believe they are the most complete character with 33/36 upgrades. - Your Titan and Hunter earn these same upgrades by replaying the six missions that made up this questline, accessible from banner staves at the Lost Tower. I do not believe they have done these. - Only five fragments come from vestiges - Awakening, Generosity and Dominance (Light), Honor and Solitude (Dark). I think you've got all of these. - Five fragments come from 'Prismatic Encounters' within the Pale Heart. The related triumph ('Multifaceted') is on 2/5 so that looks like the three your Warlock is missing. So it doesn't look like any action is needed on Bungie's end. Play Queens, Home, The Hollow (I and II for each) to earn missing Aspects, Melees, Grenades and Supers on Hunter and Titan, locate the last three Prismatic Encounters for the last missing Fragments, which are account-wide.
