Control is intended to be a 6v6 mode, so if you are regularly loading into matches where your team only has 5 players while the opposing team has 6, that does not sound normal. The timeout/suspension part is also expected if the game treats it as leaving a match early, including in Quickplay playlists. If you can, please include a short video or screenshots showing the scoreboard with the uneven teams and note whether the match started that way or if someone disappeared after loading in. That will help narrow down whether this is a matchmaking issue or a player dropping from the match. Sorry you’re running into this.
