Old Lights emblem qualifying play history split across two PlayStation accounts
Hello Bungie Support,
I'm writing about the Old Lights emblem from Monument of Triumph. I believe my Destiny 2 history meets the requirement of a login during every expansion era from the September 2017 launch through June 8, 2026, but my play history is split across two PlayStation accounts, and I'm hoping you can help.
Main Bungie account: Greattime
- Linked (incorrect) PSN: opgaming8
- This account played during every expansion era EXCEPT the launch year (September 6, 2017 – September 3, 2018).
Second PlayStation account: Greattime4
- This account played during the launch year at Destiny 2's release and through the Warmind season. It is not linked to any Bungie profile.
Between the two accounts, all eight expansion eras are covered. The obstacle is that I can't link the second PSN account to my Bungie ID: my incorrect PSN account occupies the PlayStation slot on my profile, and since account unlinking was disabled in March 2025, I can't swap it out.
I understand that unlinking platform accounts isn't normally possible, and I'm not asking for anything I haven't actually earned, only for credit for play history that exists across my accounts. If at all possible, could you either:
1. Verify the combined login history of both accounts and grant the Old Lights emblem to my main account, or
2. Unlink the incorrect PSN account from my Bungie ID so I can link the correct one.
I'm happy to verify ownership of both PlayStation accounts and provide any membership IDs, login records, or other details you need.

Additionally, since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the PSN account in question will remain linked. Second, please know the Old Lights emblem is being distributed in waves over the next several weeks. If you're eligible but haven't received it yet, you may receive it during one of the next waves.
