Something is wrong with the game- check this out
Not talking about glitches or stuff that is put in the TWIB, maybe its lag or something else but the coding appears to be off, not just nerfs either but something more sinister by the developers.
Check this out, I froze an opponent and shot them with a stasis scout rifle for 5 seconds, they took no damage and broke free and one shot me at full health.
Anyone explain that?

Happened to me once in gambit before renegades. I chased someone around a corner emptying my LMG into them then the teleported behind me and I was insta-killed. Our good old friend lag was to blame.
