it maybe if you have multiple accounts on multiple platforms/crossave setting that the wrong profile is associated, weirdly you can join 1 clan on psn for example and then another on steam. Hope makes sense ✌️❤️

Just in case it helps i had similar recently. Everyone showed no clan affiliation including my own. I checked with other clan members appeared it was a problem for me. So I re set my privacy controls to adult on Xbox I had them on custom previously with some restricted to clan friends only. and re set I can now see clan tags again.
