30 games of IB and not one ar dropped
played 30 games of IB now and not once has the new IB ar dropped as a reward only one's i have received came from the event track and used some event tokens to buy a couple. this is just so stupid play IB but never get IB gear for playing it, this is so typical of Bungie

Worst I ever had was +50 focuses of Gunnora's without ever getting Auto+Vorpal. Took me 42 Engrams to get Slideways+Chain Reaction on Tusk of the Boar. IB has always had dogwater drop algorithms.

1 ReplyI came to the forums to see what’s up with the drop rates. I’m having fun playing iron banner but the drop rates for the auto or any iron banner weapon are non-existent. For a week long event, these are pretty f’d up rewards. Just for measure: I’ve equipped full iron banner gear, ornaments, emblem, ship and weapons just in case. Also playing both eruptions and control. Feels bad.

I've played 40 games and got just 1 to drop. And I got the one from the event track for a total of 2. In that span I've probably received 30 each of mos anthor and riptide.

Small ghost sitting at the end of the table says, but what about the RG drop rate for iron Banner weapon, weapons, and armor…. The dark being reaches over, plucks the ghost out of the air and crushes it…. The CEO at the head of the table says it’s decided that we will kill RG drops for iron banner this will force the guardians to spend money just to get iron Banner weapons…

Yeah I had to stop playing Burned through my dailies and the weekly already... can't really make progress on the pass without the quests so I'm waiting for the reset... Re rolls re silver locked which is not cool I think... Definitely not going to end up with enough chips to buy the AR outside of maybe four of them... The event should definitely have a vanguard order type deal that the guardian games had but for extra chips to buy the engrams and whatnot

It took a while and then they started popping up. Not had loads though. My biggest issue is the amount of Health stat Panoply gear, driving me nuts.

I have 12 in my vault from the 15 or so that dropped for me. I mostly played Control solo.

1 ReplyIt must just be luck. I'm getting so many 'Husks I've begun deleting them. Didn't delete the last one I got though - destabilizing + repulsor brace + range masterwork. Yowza!

1 ReplyI've gotten 3 nicely rolled AR's, 3 RLs but only kept 2, Gizmo, bunch of Monody that I deleted, 2 trace rifles with garbage rolls and a bunch of armor that isn't Iron Ponoply. The loot system is trash. I don't mind getting Gizmo as it's a rare world loot drop in my opinion but all this other stuff that we have farmed for the last 6 months can burn in Hades. Why Bungie? Why!?

Don't do Eruption do Control And make sure you tap the IB banner in portal and go to the play now to do Control. That worked for me Eruption just kept dropping the rocket launcher for me 🤷♂️ Oh,and I have ib gear on just for added whatever you want to call it 🤷♂️

Same here not got a single drop from a match. Mostly armor and even that is the Wild Anthem gear not Iron Banner. Just don’t understand why in a week only event they can’t just let us earn the new stuff
