Can we chill out a little bit?
There's almost no ways to grind light level that aren't Grandmaster level portal activities or PvP.
Tonight I wanted to log on after a long week and grind some light, but I didn't really wanna do GMs with blueberries in matchmaking.
I miss when we had stuff like Pathfinder or weekly bounties, or when strikes gave a pinnacle after 3 normal completions, or when raids dropped pinnacle gear.
This always on the hardest difficulty crap isn't relaxing. I miss when D2 could be occasionally relaxing for tedious content like level grinding.

2 RepliesRushdown is completely over-tuned for an event too- especially if you're new to the game or leveling a character. And some of the bosses simply shouldnt be there at all, such as the final boss of Final Shape. It's more or less impossible to beat on a level 300-something with two people who havent even played it before. So yeah, not fun....just like everything else in this game.

If you don’t want to play hard content, level is useless to you.

They need hardest difficulty all the time so you'll watch them for directions on how to win! /s I agreed with you that "normal" should be an option.

I find it nonsensical to do the highest difficulty activity just to level up before min-maxing gears. Level up should be achievable even on the lowest difficulty activities while they can lock the best loot behind the hardest activities

1 ReplySolo ops with Minimal modifiers. Caldera is especially easy to avoid most enemies if you want to.

GM is chill... and you don't have to do anything you don't want to. Zavala and the weekly hands you multiple items each week. You actually never even have to play the Portal in order to level up.

7 RepliesFor real though I miss the weeklies... Crucible focus vanguard focus double drops iron banner being every other week why don't they just go back to doing that... It'd be something to do different every week... It'll help condense the matchmaking lists have a featured thing every week and have that be the more rewarding thing for the week... Iron banner...faction rallies... armsweek... heavy metal... SRL rotators for dungeons and raids... And just keep alternating them in and out we would have something to do rather than the dead air at the end of a season

Vanguard alerts... Lawless frontier... Gambit... The extremely rare raid... Daily and weekly stuff... That's all I have time for and across the week even then... I just don't have the time to play... Maybe if rent wasn't outrageous I could afford to play and buy more games...
