This is my personal request for the weapons team that is handling the refresh of the loot pool.
All primaries need splash and/or damage perks in column 3 and favorable damage perk in column 4. All primaries should have attrition orbs as well. Consider putting frenzy/elemental splash perk + chaos reshaped as a combination on as many of the raid and dungeon primary weapons as possible
All elemental weapons need their relevant perks. For example jolting feedback for arc weapons and destabilizing rounds for void with their pairing counterparts, such as repulsor brace or eddy current.
Every shotgun needs trench barrel and one-two punch combos with the usual PvP perks. One-two punch makes more sense in column 3 because it doesn’t increase the weapons damage but is a utility perk for the build you run.
We need another 4th times a charm + triple tap sniper. Maybe one for each archetype or different slot.
Every heavy weapon needs BIG damage perks in each column. Put both columns in a blender. Maybe give the 3rd column from Crotas end raid sword logic on all its weapons and likewise recombination for deep stone crypt weapons.
This is my long term (hopefully not) request:
Do a pass on all supporting elemental perks so they hold more weight compared to running splash/damage+damage combos only. Rimestealer is great, but would I use that or frenzy with a damage perk? Why can’t they juice stats or give health bumps in addition to them. Maybe even generate orbs or pickups after 2-3 procs. Imagine if rimestealer made stasis shards in addition to giving frost armor, or if repulsor brace gave void breaches on kills, or rolling storm made ionic traces on kills. Slice already makes tangles, but it be nice if it had its own tangle cooldown in addition to the normal cooldown to really be attractive to tangle builds, like it can generate 2 tangles when enhanced on each proc. Burning ambition could make a fire sprite on procs or kills as well. None of those changes would break the game, but it would give those perks huge purpose and people wouldn’t default to damage perks all the time because they could change their builds because of their weapons and vice versa.

Closing statement: All this is said because I really do love this game and I was trying to give feedback that was meaningful to me. A lot of end game players have raid patterns unlocked so grinding the raids for super powerful weapons in unlikely, but they will for the dungeons if they are juiced. If you want the most engagement then dungeon weapons need to be as potent as raid weapons in words that they should have the best pool of perks possible. These weapons from these activities are the coolest in the game and dungeons are the gateway drugs to raids. Don’t hold back. All these weapons are supposed to be the most powerful in the game because of how much we invest in the game to do them. Love you guys for what you do!
