If Guardian Games Supremacy is any indication....

Hunter need hard nerfs across the board. Also, they and Titans have 1 shot melees, Warlocks don't. Totally seems fair and balanced.

  • Also, super sad that i have to switch characters to hunter to get 35 score, and worse it doesnt even count on the triumph. @Bungie ya'll did a terrible job on this.

  • Warlock complaining 3 days into not having an OP one hit spammable grenade which they’ve had for ones. Void warlock is arguably the best ability spam build in the game.

  • * The only hunter melee that can OHK without any build up is weighted knife which without Athrys needs a head shot. * I can't remember the last time I've seen anyone complain about a grenade build on hunter except the few times Tripmine + YAS were good in pv, and before that was the short time skip grenades + shinobu's vow dominated * Why shouldn't dodge have a short cooldown if the only other thing it offers besides throwing off enemy aim is a reload or melee energy which is significantly reduced in pvp? * Hunter supers all have most of if not the lowest damage resistances. * And if your complaint is really about invis, blame that on the RDM rework, the fact it's literally the only thing Nightstalkers can build into since every aspect revolves around it and every Nightstalker exotic buffs it or provides more utility/ uptime with it. If that's part of your complaint, we can worry about nerfing invis when the assassin/ scout subclass starts getting some more build variety. The only titan melees that can OHK require build up, heavy melee stat investment, or an exotic. As much as I hate getting killed by OHK crutches, why shouldn't the brawler class dominate with melee attacks? My biggest complaint about titans isn't even their melee usually but ACD feedback and how that damage resistance is literally strong enough the user can tank a light and heavy attack from Spectral Blade. And warlocks tend to get most if not all the best grenade builds, have basically been named even by Bungie as the support class, and your melees? * Void can lock on to people around corners and knock them back/ into the air which reduces accuracy and aim assist * Stasis can freeze on direct hit * Every subclass has a "buddy" * 2 of those class abilities can be used (exotic necessary or otherwise) to freeze or suspend a target * Doesn't Weavewalk use up melee energy to fuel what is basically God mode? Not even titans, the "tank" class in any of their supers are that durable. * Lightning surge activates faster than most players can react and has OHK potential if enough people are within range * The only class with an air superiority build what with titans needing to hip fire with Lion Rampants (pretty sure they still need to anyway) and hunters not being able to hover in the air And hunters can still be outrun by what are supposed to be the slower classes. Now also keep in mind that supremacy is broken by default because the more crests you pick up without dying, the faster you'll get your super back. I got like 12 kills back to back earlier using only Spectral and I only needed 1-2 crests at that point. It feels more broken because it's not mayhem so you have significantly less to fight back with.

          • I think most of my ability deaths so far in the guardian games have been from warlocks. All the hunter and Titan kills have been from weapons. Though, to be fair, most of my matches have me fighting like 4-5 warlocks at a time.

          • Idk. Yesterday as i was playing, facing warlocks was horrible. They may not have ohk melees But they definitely have OHK nades lmao And my god on citadel i had warlocks camping inside with rifts and nades non stop. Unbearable. All classes have their advantage, wqrlocks isnt for their melee.

              Lol, leave it to a player who doesn't play Crucible to tell us what needs to change... SMH Hunters are fairly balanced with the exception of Invisibility. Invis Hunters are both overused and a little overtuned, and it is pretty much the invisbility perk itself causing the issue. In certain game modes, On the Prowl is also incredibly strong. It easily prevents revives in certain game modes, and that is exceptionally annoying and a big advantage. Warlocks and Titans have some of the best PVP builds in the game rn (Voidlock is good all around and easy to use, DB gives incredible movement options for high skill players, Behemoth Titan can eb spammed, Prismatic Titan is crazy with Knockout + Shiver Strike, and Arc Titan can be built to be an offensive monster with Knockout + juggernaut shield or a camping machine with boltcharge barricades). Titans and Warlocks are especially oppressive in high level lobbies but, as I stated previously, On the Prowl and Invis need to be looked at as well. If you need help making a build for Warlock or Titan, then ask. Don't just complain. EDIT: I will aslo add that Dragon's Shadow is currently the best Exotic in the game, and I don't think it is close. It directly buffs almost every aspect of a player's neutral game, including their handling, reload, stability, and movement. It definitely needs a nerf.

              And nerf warlocks since pretty much every ability is automated and need not much brainwork to use them

            • Yeah, it's pretty clear that they didn't think that the squishy slow Class might not do well if forced to go collect something from the middle of the enemy deathball..... That or every single Warlock main on the PvP team (which is clearly 0-1 people given the long-term state of the PvP team...) is an Lightning Surge abuser.....

              • Who TF is using one-shot-melees in PVP???? You clearly don't play the game. Athyrs and Peregrines are probably the best options, and Peregrines requires a lot of luck to use well. I am not opposed to nerfing Athyrs tho... It sucks to die from a throwing knife that bounces off 2 walls and hits you in the foot. But I seriously doubt you are dying to either one od these things, so what are you even on about?

              • Also, rebalancd the contender cards. Like, it takes like 10 matches to finish the crucible card for a regular normie like me, or I can do 2 solo ops that take 10 minutes and complete that solo contender card. It shouldnt be 10+ matched to finish.

                • Titan melees aren't one shot. I got 100 melee and it doesn't do anything. Then when you do, the crybaby Hunter just dodges after and then one shot melees me and they got full health on the kill cam.
