Old PSN Account Not Able To Sign In
I bought all the DLCs on my Xbox and wanted to transfer my steam progress to my Xbox to play them with my characters. However, when I went into the new cross save system I found a super old PlayStation account linked. I have no way to sign in to it anymore (I’ve tried everything with PlayStation) and can’t authenticate it to simply use my other accounts. I no long care about the account at all but since it’s a lost account I can’t use my mains on my Xbox???

If you're having trouble with the PS login, contact PS Support for help regaining access. If you can't authenticate it, then unfortunately you won't be able to use Cross Save. Bungie won't remove accounts or bypass the authentication requirement.
