Missing marathon cosmetics
I claimed the marathon free cosmetic pack including the MIDA Multi-Tool ornament, the exfil exotic emote, and the shader when it was first released. But I logged back onto my account today to find none of these items present in my inventory. I’m confused and a little annoyed because these are free items and I can’t seem to be able to just claim them again. The bundle has disappeared from the shop and the items are forever lost to me now. They aren’t in my collections or recently discovered either. They have just completely disappeared.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out Make sure you’re logged into the same Bungie.net account and platform profile (PSN/Xbox/Steam/Epic) you originally used to claim the bundle. Cross-save or switching primary platforms can make it look like items vanished when you’re actually on a different profile. Check each cosmetic in Destiny 2 directly MIDA ornament You must own MIDA Multi-Tool on that account. Inspect MIDA → Appearance → Weapon Ornaments and look for “Modern MIDA Multi-Tool”; some players only saw/claimed the bundle from this ornament socket after it disappeared from the Eververse front page. Shader (Silkworm Weave) Collections → Flairs → Shaders. Enable “Acquired” only and scroll/search for Silkworm Weave. Emote (Waiting for Exfil) Collections → Flairs → Emotes → Multiplayer. Look for “Waiting for Exfil” in the list.
