My son cant access text chat in his account. Even though i gave him permissions but he still can't use them.
Hello. My son is trying to turn on his chat for the last two years. He always tells me to turn on his text chat and voice chat. Even though i gave him permissions but its still not working. His Bungie ID is VortexPhantom312.

The parent, guardian or other responsible adult needs to have a Bungie.net account and verify that they are an adult.
