If I mirror their communications prior to Ash & Iron, here is what we may expect: 2/12/26 - It is coming, may tease something new. (they teased Reclaim in 8/21/25 TWID) 2/19/26 - Nothing related to Shadow & Order 2/24/26 - Sandbox Preview 2/26/26 - Trailer and Livestream Announcement 3/3/36 - Livestream and Release This is assuming they're still on schedule, I haven't seen definitive proof they aren't. I expect them to keep quiet about Shadow and Order for as long as possible whether it's on time or not.

2 RepliesEdited by Creapure®: 2/12/2026 3:13:05 PMExpect a hint at a roadmap next week (19th) but it's sony state of play day with marathon featured & beta date (likely this weekend, or even today) so if it's out before that, it'll be nothing, if it's after that (which will make itl ater than the usual twids) it'll be marathon heavy. Absolutely no way they drop the roadmap or anything bad regarding delays today, but if I'm right & the beta is very soon they can get that out of the way & see how pre orders hold after this weekend so people are invested before finally feeling secure enough to drop the bad news next week.
