I’m a returning Destiny 2 player after a long break. My Guardian Rank was previously 6 (currently 5). All playlist vendors (Lord Shaxx, Commander Zavala, and The Drifter) are stuck in a legacy/“Get Started” state and do not show rank tracks, engrams, or bounties. Shaxx only shows Competitive Division Rewards and Legacy Focused Decoding. I have completed Crucible, Competitive, Vanguard Ops, and Gambit matches from the Director multiple times. I have restarted the game, cleared Xbox reserved space, and restarted my console. Banshee-44 works normally. This appears to be a playlist vendor entitlement desync on my account. Requesting an account/vendor resync.
