Good afternoon , I recently got hacked and lost my original Xbox account, I was able to get refunded my cash and made a new account and was buying my games again but I noticed I can’t unlink and link my new account to bungie. I understand that the terms changed and it’s no longer allowed, but it was allowed before so I’m trying to get a support team member to help me with this so I can link my new account and re buy destiny 2 expansions and play again. Epic games was able to do this for me and even was able to transfer all my data from Fortnite to my new Xbox account so I know this is possible unless bungie refuses to do it or has no competent support team members left. Please let me know if not I will move on from supporting bungie indefinitely across all games.
