Cannot complete Master Conductors Keep ,softlocks halfway through the mission!

Bungie doesn't want you to rank up so you can't be timegated by the r10 requirement to finish the 6 gm conquests which become available with shadow & order so they sabotaged it. Stops players from pestering them.
