unable to access final shape dungeon key
I have purchased the light and darkness saga dungeon key pack from the in-game store but it still says i do not own the final shape dungeon key which is part of the bundle, the other 2 keys i have access to from purchasing them previously - i purchased the bundle cause it was cheaper than buying the key individually.
i can send screen shots if need be but i don't have a way to inject them into this forum page.
i would like some form of compensation if possible

Have you unwrapped the dungeon key box from your inventory -> wrapped items area? If you have unwrapped it and its still showing as owned in Eververse, then you'll want to submit a ticket by using submit request at the bottom of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]this page[/url].
