PSA: Banshee's Noxious Vetiver nice PVE pickup

... Just tried it out in Arena and got 2 shiny Evening SI-4 😎
Vetiver... its a velvety smooth operator and I think probably better than Multimach in this meta (I don't know my multi-mac'n feels weak)
