For the love of god please prioritize connections over skill
The connections have been so bad. I wouldn't care if I was matched against better players, I want a better connection quality.

2 RepliesEdited by Ursine: 1/19/2026 3:33:48 AMIt's been CBMM for years. Steam peak player count today was 20700 Warmind.io shows 8% in crucible. That is less that 1700 planetwide across all crucible modes. There simple isn't anyone near you playing.

I agree, but there has been no talk of pvp improvements from Bungie for some time. I think most of that team is working on Marathon now and they don't want D2 pvp competing with that when it launches so they're allowing it to decline.

2 RepliesThey can't really the last time they tried people were waiting 20+ mins for a match to start as it couldn't find enough people with a good connection to populate a game. They switched CBMM back off after less than a week and that was back before the player base collapsed to its current fraction of what it was then. If they tried it now I doubt a PvP game would ever start
