Relic Falls Into Kill Zone, Doesn't Respawn and Cannot Advance Encounter
Activity - Lawless Frontier, Mars, Smuggle
Location - Hellas Fortitude, Mars
Enemy Type - Tharsis Reformation (Vex)
Bug - Hydra that spawns relic on death can drop the relic into a kill zone which makes it unobtainable by players. The relic does not expire therefore a new enemy cannot be spawned to drop a new relic to advance the encounter which results in a failure of the activity.
Screenshots included in link (https://imgur.com/a/HE3F7MX) show the location of the relic and reference images of the skybox and environment to identify location.
