Outside of the chunk bug on Warlock Hunter dps is almost 2x higher than any Titan or Warlock option. That's without even considering the grapple melee on Hunter which is so strong the next best melee isn't even like 1/10th as powerful. Hunters ain't bad at all. Now leak territory [spoiler]Inside the same leak that leaked renegades story and dungeon it also included some of the future stuff that seems to be planned including buffs to void Hunter including a NEW ASPECT with nothing on Titan or Warlock getting a new aspect[/spoiler] I'm only mentioning the leak stuff because Hunters genuinely think they're neglected when it's clear they aren't.
