Scout need serious buffs

I have seen lot HCs, Autos and pulses outclass against scout on pvp. Legendary scouts need buffs like speed or damages. The Jade Rabbit stay where it is, it not need buffs. I hope 180 rpm scout make improvements.

Just no. Scouts are already strong especially the rapid fires with PI Games already in a lane simulator meta with pulses
