Refurbished A499 garbage
How is this weapon is in the heavy slot a special sniper doas more damage than this crap.

It does some very chunky damage if you get precision hits... But it is a -blam!- to aim. Could be better.

3 RepliesI dislike it but for a different reason. The damage is no issue, I think it chunks excellently when used properly, but it is VERY inaccurate. Which is kind of counter-intuitive to the purpose of a sniper rifle…

Once this season is over it'll become basically unusable garbage. When you could get it to drop with backup mag that increased the mag size from 1 to 4 it was actually somewhat usable without artifact mods.

Is cool they’re introducing new archetypes to the game. They’re not all going to work out but they are trying.

It does a TON of damage but YOU have to hit YOUR shot. No aim assist.

It exists… it cool to pop barriers at the moment, but after this “season” ends I doubt it’ll have much use.

It’s good if you pair it with a kinetic damage build using the praxis blade, I use it as a high damage ranged option.

Ive been trying to figure this one out for a while ,it does good damage vs most vehicle types in the game except interceptors, also pretty decent vs vex crit spots in pve Except that special snipers can out damage it especially if using hakke traits and they have a way better reload I keep wondering is the new mando sniper just for memes in pvp if you have the perk that makes a mini seeking rocket on kills
