I have been restricted now for a couple weeks unfairly I believe. I play everyday & am a very respectful player. I was restricted due to some connection issues that weren’t even really from my end. (Kept bumping me out of games) and now I havnt been able to play PVP or go to Trials Lighthouse because of it. Can you, bungie help lift this restriction on my account please. Hello there, The reasons that can cause a restriction can be found here: Why was I Restricted? Restrictions for Connections: The 1st restriction is for 2 weeks Each additional will be 2 months. If you believe the restriction was placed in error, feel free to submit an appeal on this Page. Please read all the info on the page before submitting the form at the bottom. The form is for appeals only, they do not answer questions as to why or how long.
Requests for additional information, such as the length or reason of a restriction or ban, will be disregarded. Here are some suggestions that may help with connection issues:

1. Use a wired connection rather than Wi-Fi 2. Quit any program or turn off other devices that are streaming 3. Clear your console cache or, if on PC, verify the integrity of your game files. 4. Power cycle your internet router 5. Improve your latency and packet loss 6. Follow the Network Troubleshooting Guide for best optimizing your connection to Destiny. If issues persist, try the Advanced Steps Networking Guide for possible router solutions, such as enabling UPnP or changing your NAT type. 7. Enable IPV6 on your router to see if that helps

1 ReplyHow were you able to play Trials just a couple days ago if you’ve been on a pvp restriction for several weeks?
