Please make it so loadouts save artifact perks
Pretty much just the title. With how impactful artifact perks are to builds and gameplay, it would be super nice if loadouts would save the equipped artifact perks also

i still don’t understand why stuff needs refunded instead of just being constantly interchangeable up to however many you have unlocked
