Expert Conquest is Not Expert
So last season I was able to run and complete up to Master conquest solo.
It wasn't so bad but this season is off; off by a long shot...
I just tried to run Expert and was slaughtered...
It says 50% increased void damage but all damage is increased...
For the love of everything good Bungie this is not expert, it feels more like Ultimate...
Your game has been unbalanced all of 2025!!!
I hope by some miracle you can make some kind of adjustments to the game in 2026....

Just remember people say the same thing about master conquest derealize doesn't feel like master feels like ultimate with hard modifers set to max. Like I am seasonal guardian rank 9 I did all of the conquests (lawless season) and honestly it was a nightmare.

Frankly conquest should always be easy because it's a guardian rank requirement it should be a breeze not like it offer new rewards.

1 ReplyConquests have a different power level delta scaler to standard Portal. Expert in normal Portal is -15 if I remember correctly, where in Conquest it is like -30. I dont remember the numbers, but they scale differently between the Conquest and normal portal. Where Ultimate Portal is -30 but in Conquest is -40, and Vanguard Alerts are -50.

1 ReplyDid it have champions? At the start of Renegades, the conquest was filled with champions and was like a GM or Ultimate. Then sometime later they changed it. Around 10 days ago there were no champions. I was easily able to go solo up to the final boss. As for the final boss, the halfway regeneration is part of the original too. I could not solo him in the second half and so returned and completed the conquest with a lfg fireteam.

39 RepliesI’m sorry to tell you but the game isn’t harder by any stretch of the imagination. If you like to solo content you can customise your card so that it’ll still give you the rewards but so you can still stack grenadier, brawler and heavyweight etc. (if available). There are that many powerful builds at the moment you can take your pick and with the seasonal artifact allowing you to proc devour and weaken every 2 seconds it’s even easier. I’m not trying to sound elitist in this reply but if you’re someone who has soloed master content in the past I urge you to mess around with the card and make it work for you. Not saying this is you but a lot of players don’t know how to stack things in their favour in portal content.

1 ReplyI gave up on pve portal activities. Bungie made everything 100x more difficult yo appease tge 12/hr a day hardos so the rest of us must suffer..... or just not bother anymorr
