I downloaded the game back in July after taking a break of 5 months from D2. When I finally downloaded the game back to buy the edge of fate, my account was banned. No warnings, no nothing. I then entered in my companion app to see what happened and found out that there was activity on my account from march to the end of may, all while my game was deleted in my own PlayStation. How could this happen??? I wasn’t even playing the game or had it downloaded that time. In the link there’s a folder with TONS of screenshots that shows such activities even some of the player names doing raids with only 2/3 people and names overlapping, clearly I got hacked. (The one circled in blue was the last time I played myself before deleting the game and going into a break). I’m creating this forum because I’ve already sent out two tickets regarding this issue and absolutely no response or explanations regarding this ban. I love this game with all my heart and have over 2K hours in it, with all dlc purchased as their deluxe/premium form, and I’m more than willing to put thousands of hours more into the game, even in the state that it is today, because I just love it so much. I even donated money for the bungie foundation over the years to support them. I’m desperate and begging for any type of help… please can someone review this and help me. 🙏
