Ferropotent Tier 5 armor low energy bug (10 energy instead of 11)
Some of my Ferropotent Tier 5 armor pieces are with 10 energy instead of 11. Maybe Quick Play portal activities drop Tier 5 with low energy but I am not 100% sure. Uploaded images below:

This has happened to me, if you masterwork it once it goes to 11 seems to be a missed flag that gets checked again when the base stats are modified
