I made a post about this a while ago, but it's not in the Known Issue list, so I'm making another post. I cannot complete the Altar of Reflection: Catalyst mission. I spawn in, I solve the little puzzles, then I get into a combat room with a big Shrieker boss called Witch's Eye, Keeper of Memory. The quest thing on the left is telling me to Defeat Lucent Hive Archivists, but only one Archivist spawns. I've attempted this quest quite a few times now, and every time I encounter the same problem. Only one Archivist spawns (I assume two are supposed to spawn, due to the quest thing using the plural), the boss won't open, and I can't progress. This makes it impossible to complete the Report: ALTAR-REFLECT quest, which makes it impossible for me to acquire the quest for the Edge of Intent Exotic.
