Can the unused spaces, especially the spots once used for factions now be converted into game rooms for in game mini games. Fishing pond, could have tagged fish in ponds, same mechanics as the fishing season. Just have it as a permanent residence in the tower as a mini game. Some multi player card game rooms. Play with a fireteam or randoms in whatever card game bungie thinks would work best or they could legally put in the game. Glimmer and rare resource( ascendant shard, prism, bright dust) powered Slot machines that drop varying rewards from guns, to cosmetics like ships or shaders etc, to XP and even a unique armor set which has to be collected individually. Some type of arcade machine, whatever type of game bungie could port or design for a retro arcade mini game. Maybe a nice little roller coaster or Farris wheel or carousel that can be ridden around.
