What exactly is the purpose of the cap on Exotic Ciphers, Ascendant Shards, Enhancement Prisms, etc.? If there is a point, why is the cap so absurdly low? I have no sensible use for Exotic Ciphers after getting all of the Rahool drops, yet I’m stuck at 5 max with no reason to get rid of the ones I have. It’s a combination of these items being both useless after a certain point in the game and too abundant that leads to this issue.
