Fireteam and Arena Vanguard Alerts challenges not appearing after reset
I logged on after Tuesday's reset (12/23/2025) and went to check the Vanguard Alerts to see which weapons would drop with the extra origin trait. However, the Challenge icon/screen wasn't showing at all for Fireteam or Arena Vanguard Alerts (it did show for Crucible Vanguard Alerts). I thought maybe it was a visual bug, but then I ran 3 Fireteam Vanguard Alerts and no masterworked/extra origin weapon dropped (no drop of Evening at all, which I understand from looking online should be the extra-origin drop this week). Anyone else running into this?

Last week, for the first few days, in the Vanguard Alerts screen only the Fireteam Ops playlist had the challenge showing, with the Chronologs, but the Arena Ops and Snowball Crucible playlist did not show challenges at all. Then after the mid week patch, like Thursday, those challenges started showing. So my first Snowball match I did after gave me the completion of the first step of the challenge as soon as I started matchmaking in it. Then checked and the Arena Challenge was showing as well. This week is the same for me, with only the Fireteam Ops playlist currently showing the Challenge available.
