Khepri's Horn doesnt have a fully functional hitbox
As shown in the video, Khepri's Horn's hitbox is not consistent.
This wasnt always an issue, and as you may notice by the upload date of this vid it has been this way since the rework and i still have instances like this every time i play
I have an easy solution, which is to return original exotic functionality when not using a solar super. That way the dev working on this doesnt even have to fix the hitbox and all the PvP Khepri's players would be happy. Bada bing, bada boom
