Stuck at spider shank

Playing the campaign with alt character. On 2nd mission Welcome to the frontier, l select my abilities from shank and nothing happens. The objective marker still on shank. How do I progress?

Hi there! The introductory mission to the Lawless Frontier requires you to select Strafing Run and Revitalize as your abilities. Please make sure that these are selected.

Are you selecting the correct ability? Can you provide a video showing the quest & selecting the ability?
