During my latest Smuggle job on Europa, the Hawk didn't show up to let us load the cargo. No enemies spawned. It was just waiting around until we eventually died or logged off. When it gave us the pity for dying and we were getting our "rewards", it then started playing the sounds for the Hawk being inbound. Really weird.
