My Vesper's host quest "Rogue Network" has been bugged since it's launch. I'm stuck on step 9, "use your key on the second-level BrayTech storage module." I can reach the second secret chest, but I don't have the option to interact with it. I do have the option to interact with the panel in the same room, however. When I do I can then interact with the chest. When the chest is opened it still doesn't progress the quest. I've tried abandoning and re-acquiring the quest, following the quest on alternate characters, and having a teammate progress the quest at the same time. None of these changed anything. I can't get the title for the dungeon without progressing the quest because the class item only drops through focusing, which the quest unlocks. I'm honestly at a loss and just looking for some help. I don't know if Bungie can really do anything to help since this seems extremely specific, but I know that there have been a lot of issues with this quest already fixed.
