This has happened a small handful of times since renegades. Sometimes in a dungeon, sometimes in a lawless frontier, and now trials. I was in the middle of the second to last game my friend needed for flawless, and we got stuck on a long loadscreen between rounds... all of the sudden I got a "Removed From Fireteam" message and sent to orbit, even though I was the host. The cherry on top was getting a comp ban, despite the fact that I cant remember the last time I quit a match and had already played a dozen games today.
