Story progression skip token.
A friend bought the skip progression token for the renegades dlc. He completed on 1st character. But his second character he used token and we did fire and ice quest. He still didn't get his praxic blade. Wtd?

If the player is 'MvN Hostile' then they have it unlocked it collections so they can just pull it from there on alternate characters or move it via the vault.
