What's the drop rate for the volatile weapon mods.
I have only gotten one of these to drop and have not seen a single one afterwards.
Can you increase the drop rate of these mods?

pretty high(unless i got ultra lucky and got all 5 of them back to back) from the legendary orders with mods listed,

You got to make sure it's listed. Grind orders for Legendary orders, then reroll your order if a mod reward is not listed.
