Vanguard Armory Reward Not Resetting for 3+ Weeks + Vanguard Arsenal Weapons Missing (Guardian Rank 6)
I am having two persistent issues with Vanguard rewards this entire season, and both problems have continued for multiple weekly resets. I am playing on PC (Steam).
Every weekly reset, when I go to claim my Vanguard Armory armor reward, the game shows the message:
“You have already claimed an armor piece from the Vanguard Armory this week.”
However, I have not claimed any armor reward this week, or during the previous weeks when this issue first started. This is now the third weekly reset where the reward remains locked and unusable.
Some details about this issue:
It happens on my main character every Tuesday after reset
The armor reward node is always locked
Vanguard weapons can still be claimed normally
Nothing was sent to the Postmaster
Restarting the game does not help
Switching characters does not help
The issue began at the start of the current Episode
Because of this, it seems like my weekly reward flag for Vanguard Armory armor is stuck and not refreshing correctly.
I am also experiencing a second issue with Vanguard Arsenal weapons. Since the beginning of the season, the Vanguard Arsenal page does not show the weapons as normal rewards, even though I am Guardian Rank 6. Instead, every item appears only with a Bright Dust cost, which should not be the case for rewards tied to rank progression.
Details for the Vanguard Arsenal issue:
The Vanguard Arsenal page shows 0/0 weapons unlocked
Items only appear with Bright Dust pricing
My Guardian Rank 6 progress is complete
The problem has existed since season launch
Restarting the game does not resolve it
Because of this, it looks like the Vanguard Arsenal unlock conditions are not registering correctly for my account.
Could someone please take a look at my account and refresh or correct the flags related to:
Vanguard Armory weekly armor (currently stuck as already claimed)
Vanguard Arsenal weapon unlocks (not granting access despite meeting the requirements)
Both systems have been unusable for me throughout the entire season.

Armor rewards have to be earned the current week. The weekly rank rewards state this same information.

Having the same issue with armor. Reads “already claimed”even though I haven’t claimed any this week. Weapon seems to work as intended. PS5

You should receive tokens throughout the weekly rewards track for both the weapons that you can redeem next week and for the armor tokens that need to be collected in the same week. To help us investigate any underlying issues that may be occurring, please provide us with a short video showing that you have Armory Requisition tokens but are unable to claim any armor from Zavala. Please also gather screenshots of your gaining of Arsenal Credits, so that you can take another screenshot next week showing that no weapons are available to claim from Zavala.
