When I try to navigate to the Help Center from the bungie.net landing page, it logs me out - everytime.
I'm fairly confident I was banned from the Help Center. I know why, and this is my (likely) last attempt to fix it.
I have a side project, a runescape agent that allows fetching game data via an api, and this process requires injection into the game. When my account was banned, I had left the dll-injector I was using at the time opened when I launched Destiny. As soon as I logged in and saw the message that I was banned on the landing page, I instantly checked and knew what had happened.
I, admittedly while high on a gummy, messaged Bungie's Help Center and pleaded this case - if they actually looked at the log data they had they would see that this would line up with what I'm saying, and essentially asking for the benefit of the doubt.
This was... 2 years ago now I think? And I can no longer access this account due to being forced to log out anytime I navigate into the help center. If I recall correctly, they waited about 2 months to respond to me, then denied me with a generic response, I replied with a second plead, and then they banned me.
