Error Code: PLUM
For the past couple weeks i've been getting booted out of destiny within 10-20 mins of booting up the game, i get a popup saying "query timeout" and that battle eye has had an issue. i check the code online and says im violating their terms of services but i dont know how. i have not mods, scripts or hacks installed and yet i still get booted. does anyone know how to fix this wether it be via windows security or otherwise???

2 RepliesEdited by Crisidelm: 12/9/2025 2:41:57 PM"Query Timeout" means that BattlEye can't establish a connection with its own server (to check for updates). Could be caused by your PC, your home network or even your ISP.

Hello, it seems something on your hardware may be interacting incorrectly with battle eye. Perhaps try emptying your cache and restarting the title.
