so, since the dlc dropped, multiple players like myself have been having a stingray issue when logging into the game through either xbox or microsoft store. we completely cannot access the game and despite following the article, double checking the status of our platform, and doing every trouble shooting method, this issue still persists. if this issue is not resolved and the period of dungeon contest goes by, do we just miss out on the opportunity of attempting it and getting the emblem? and if someone who wished to participate in the race is affected, then are they just meant to come to terms with the fact that a login bug is going to keep them away from their goal? if possible, please give us an eta so we can at the very least tell our team members to get a replacement for us in the scenario that we cannot join due to the bug and see if theres anything you guys can do for those of us who may miss out on the opportunity to complete the dungeon due the bug, perhaps something like what you did for sundered doctrine? regarding the bug itself, im not sure if this information will be of any help to you guys but its specifically on microsoft related versions of the game like on xbox and on microsoft store versions of the game. not only that but it doesnt seem to be particularly account based as using a different profile on the same xbox also results in the error
