Still upper hand catlyst is not dropping from fire and ice exotic quest in legedaey difficulty after finishing campaign
Tried almost 50 times by now just to get the last obtainable catalyst aka upper hand for the praxic blade from fire and ice and still after doing all the necessary steps the catalyst is not dropping. Please fix this bungie. Either make patch and unlock the catalyst for the effort everyone is making to get the catalysts for the praxic blade or just remove the catalyst upperhand

We've received other reports of this issue and are investigating the underlying issue further. For any updates on this issue, we recommend viewing our Patch Notes as they become available, posted on the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/News]News page[/url]. In the meantime, we've received reports from some players that it may be possible to get these if you manage to find another player who hasn't unlocked any of the catalysts yet.

I’ve done the mission 8 times maybe more on legend with all 3 steps and keep getting the same catalyst ( upper hand ) but i miss the last one ( hyperblade ) i give up trying this is so -blam!- up .

Just ran the mission for the same catalyst, did everything right, and it did not drop. I refuse to run it again until it’s patched.
