What law makes this game unavailable in Russia?
Please tell us what kind of law prohibits Destiny 2 in Russia, by whom this law was passed, when, and for what reason this law does not apply to Destiny 1.

try google, its your friend...sanctions against russia. But to ishikusui's point, it doesnt matter, you are not going to argue them into submission. They made the decision we have to live with it.

It doesn't matter. They stopped selling the game in Russia in 2022, so they aren't going to go out of their way to resolve a network issue that's affecting that specific region.
