High value salt mines.
Lets face it guys . In order to come anywhere close you need that damn high value target and if you're like me you're probably really fn tired of trying. It is purely rng on when it pops up and no super is going to kill it. That's merely rng as well. So everyone enjoy completing this -blam!- with 5 minutes to go just isnt enough for bungie.

4 RepliesJeez finally I just got top 10%. Used bonk titan, all bows, no revives etc. Completed the side challenge of 10 precision kills AND the high value target finally appeared and I killed it. It gave me 3.1 million and top 10% which is enough to get that dang helmet ornament. My power level is around 522 so I guess to get top 1% you need to be 550 or near it. I did everything you could do and barely got top 10%
